Process
Sleeve manufacturing
The sleeves are manufactured by continuous extrusion in monolayer or multilayer extruders.
The range of material available offers wide combinations of transparency, softness and barrier properties.
At this step the sleeve can be coloured through the addition of master batches which allow great possibilities of finishes such as translucent colours, metallic pigments, mother of pearl and several others.

Heading
This process fits the tube's shoulder into the sleeve by over injection moulding. This moulding process makes that a wide variety of applicators can be added to a single sleeve diameter. The shoulder can also be coloured at this manufacturing step.

Printing
Based on the customer's artwork, the tube is printed either by screen printing, offset printing, hot foil or combination thereof.

Dry Offset printing
Transfers the whole artwork onto the tube by passing it through a single machine using printing plates. It's a fast printing process which grants a good printing quality on white or clear coloured tubes but is limited when tube sleeves are transparent or heavily coloured as the ink deposit is very thin.

Screen printing
is a sequential printing process. Each colour is printed on the tube through silk screens, and is cured before going to the next printing station. Our machine can print up to 6 screen colours in one machine run. This process grants a thick ink deposition which is particularly adapted to the natural, translucent or heavily coloured tubes.

Hot Stamping

Lacquering
It offers unlimited possibilities of colours; opaque or rather transparent with pearls or not and can be decorated using combination of offset, screen printing and hot stamping.

Capping
The wide range of raw materials and processes will grant your product's integrity.
