What are your trade terms for Export Customers?
We offer local market trade terms, i.e., open account with x days payment after delivery – no letter of credit!
Choose the Incoterm which suits your needs: We arrange from FOB to DDP – Our sales Manager will help you.
Do I need to pay any additional tax or duties?
No. The Global System of Preferences (GSP) makes import duties 0% for our product category in the EEC and USA.
As you will be importing from outside the EEC, you will receive net invoices and VAT will be billed separately by our freight forwarder.
Do your Raw Materials comply with EEC/USA Regulations?
Yes. Polymers, inks, lacquers, foils and master batches are all FDA approved and all comply with the appropriate EEC Directives (94/62) on heavy metals etc...
Should any new material be used, we will source it appropriately.

How do you make sure the goods are delivered in good shape?
We have developed our own export special secondary packaging which protects products through the multiple handling and transport inherent in sea or air freight.
What if there is a quality issue?
In all cases, our local team evaluates the claim and:
If there is a problem which can be solved by sorting, we will pay for the extra cost incurred to solve the issue.
If not, we reschedule production for as soon as possible and airship the goods at our cost.
Do your tubes seal?
Of course. Some blends seal better than others – it's a polymer issue all over the world. And our production is such that no contamination affects the sealing areas. Even if the nominal reference of the polymer used in our products is the same as tubes from other suppliers, some filling machine parameters may have to be checked and adapted, but our tubes will seal.
What about child labour?
All our employees are above 16 years old. We comply with the Indian social rules. We pay all our non management employees’ overtime, and they get 20 paid days off every year.
