Our 3D Packaging office in Paris takes care of sales, product development and customer service.
Our European customers don't need to interact at all with our Indian operation to get quotations, manage a project from scratch and get information on their orders status.
Terms of sales adapted to the European market
In order to meet customer's requirements, we have adapted our export terms of sales so that the customer doesn't have to suffer from the typical «irrevocable letter of credit » on « FOB basis ».
Most of our Export sales to Europe are managed DDP, i.e., Delivery and Duty Paid by us.
Freight lead-times
With the increasing business between Europe and India, new lines have been opened making the sea freight lead-time only 2 weeks to some European ports.
